Designed for large tower sections, boxed equipment, bridge precast units and standard 20 / 40 ft containers, sharing the load on four or more points to prevent deformation of thin-wall and long parts.

- DL-01 container spreader covers 20 / 40 ft standard and high-cube containers, 8 ranges from 6 – 40 t
- Floating twistlock mechanism (40Cr surface hardened, remaining parts in 45# quenched and tempered steel); wide floating range for easy alignment
- Gear-linkage and intermittent crank-slider transmission; fixed / movable guide plate devices
- FEM strength verification and weld NDT available against the load profile (as contracted)

L1 / L2 are the longitudinal and transverse effective lengths, A / B / C / R the beam and connection dimensions; for four-point beams all four legs must be of equal length so that the load is shared evenly.

Before use, confirm the container corner castings are intact and all four twistlocks are seated and locked; advise us of eccentric load cases in advance so that the beam can be balanced accordingly.
