A. Ordering & MOQ
1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regular models are counted per specification, each spec 100–300 pcs MOQ; custom specifications (special length, colour, label, structure) are usually 500 pcs. Small trial orders can be discussed, but the unit price is higher than volume pricing. Specifics are per the quotation.
2. Can different models be mixed in one batch?
Yes. Multiple lengths or tonnages within the same material and width series can be combined into one order, as long as the total quantity meets the MOQ. Mixing involves changeover time, so lead time is set by the slowest specification.
3. Do you keep stock?
Regular flat slings (1–5 t, common lengths) usually have semi-finished or finished stock, shortening lead time; special tonnages, round slings, chain slings and metallurgical clamps are mostly made to order. Please confirm the stock status of the specific model before ordering.
B. Lead time & customization
4. What is the regular lead time?
| Type | Reference lead time | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Regular model (in stock) | 7–15 days | After order and packaging confirmed |
| Regular model (made to order) | 20–30 days | Incl. weaving, sewing, labelling, inspection |
| Custom (new spec / new label) | 30–45 days | Incl. sampling and sample confirmation |
| Peak season (Q3–Q4) | +5–10 days | Recommend advance scheduling to lock capacity |
The above are reference ranges, excluding sea freight; actual lead time is per the contract.
5. What is the customization process?
- Requirement confirmation: tonnage, length, width, material, hitch, label and packaging requirements.
- Technical evaluation: calculate WLL per the applicable standard; confirm structure, sleeve and colour coding feasibility.
- Quotation: unit price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms and the standard number.
- Sampling: make samples (usually 7–10 days) with label and inspection data.
- Sample confirmation: customer confirms appearance, dimensions and label content; signs off or confirms in writing.
- Mass production: produce to the approved sample, with in-process checks and batch records.
- Factory inspection & shipment: self-inspection report + shipment photos, shipped by the agreed method.
6. How long does sampling take, and is it charged?
Regular samples take 7–10 days; complex structures or new tooling take longer. Sample and freight costs are borne by the buyer; the sample fee is refundable once the bulk order reaches the agreed quantity. Specific amounts and refund conditions are stated in the quotation.
7. Can you put our brand on it (OEM / ODM)?
Yes. We support custom labels, woven marks, colour, packaging and shipping marks, and can develop to customer drawings or samples. OEM orders require the customer’s brand authorization; label content must meet the destination market’s standard requirements (e.g. EN manufacturer-info and serial rules).
C. Quality & inspection
8. What certifications do you hold?
- System certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001;
- CE related: sling test report No. B-S201234123, ratchet/tensioner test report No. B-S201234124 (issued by Beide, used with our declaration of conformity);
- Batch documents: material certificate, factory inspection record, label confirmation sample.
9. Can you arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. We support SGS, BV, TUV and other third-party inspectors, or a customer-designated inspection company. Inspection cost is borne by the buyer; we provide the site, samples and documents and cooperate with sampling. We recommend booking 3–5 days before shipment to avoid port delays.
10. How do you ensure the bulk matches the sample?
- Keep the sample: after sign-off, both sides keep one as the comparison baseline for bulk;
- First-piece confirmation: make a first piece before mass production; confirm before running the line;
- Batch traceability: each batch carries a lot number tied to its label and inspection record;
- Sampling: inspect dimensions, appearance, label and seam strength per the agreed AQL.
D. Packaging & payment
11. How are packaging and marks handled?
Regular options are woven bag / carton / pallet; we can do neutral packaging (no our marks) or apply the customer’s shipping mark per request. Export wooden cases must meet ISPM 15 / IPPC requirements. Mark content (product name, model, quantity, carton number, destination) should be provided at order; we confirm a sample before bulk printing.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
| Method | Applies to | Note |
|---|---|---|
| T/T wire transfer | Most common | 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy / before shipment |
| L/C letter of credit | Large orders | At sight; terms mutually confirmed |
| Small prepayment | Samples / trial | For small amounts, full prepay reduces bank fees |
Specific ratio and terms are per the contract; first-time cooperation usually follows deposit + balance.
